Bvlgari Ginza Café presents lunch and dinner set menus curated by Michelin three-star chef Niko Romito, crafted with refined flavors and a harmonious balance.​

Afternoon Tea

Created as a journey across Italy, Afternoon Tea offers classic regional dishes and dolci. Sweet and savoury are both represented, equally spectacular sides of the same coin. Sweets include Pastiera from southern Italy; Zeppole di San Giuseppe from Naples; and Maritozzo from Rome, while savoury bites comprise a diverse range from sea bass with caviar and sour cream to button shrimp in crispy pastry and even mini burgers.

Chef Niko Romito

Niko Romito is the visionary chef behind the Italian concept destination Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, with locations in Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai, Milan, Paris, Tokyo, Rome and Bali and a pillar of artistry and talent in the world of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. A native of Abruzzo in central Italy, he grew up surrounded by the scents of his father's pastry shop in Rivisondoli. He had other plans for his future, but when his father passed away, he finally decided to leave his studies in Business and Economics to take over the family business, which had been transformed into a trattoria. This is how he came to create the Ristorante Reale, which has been awarded three Michelin stars since 2014. Chef Niko has always held the memories of his father's pastries close, which inspired him to open his own bakery and pastry workshop. In partnership with Bvlgari, he imagined the new Bvlgari Dolci concept, celebrating traditional Italian pastry recipes reimagined according to the chef's visionary philosophy, with a resolutely contemporary idea of elegance and lightness.

Executive Pastry Chef Katsuya Giko​

Though originally trained as a pizzaiolo in Napoli, Chef Giko was quickly taken with the art of pastry-making. Beginning his studies at École Tsuji in Osaka, he later honed his skills at Château Escoffier in France, where he mastered the techniques and philosophy of traditional French pâtisserie. Working with a range of restaurants he blended his Italian influence and French training to create exceptional desserts. Now, guided by the philosophy of Chef Niko, he brings this singular refinement, as well as a deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients to reimagine traditional Italian pastries for Bvlgari Tokyo Ginza Bar – Café.
