Bridging the gap between British heritage and Italian style, the experience treats guests to a luxe assortment of Italian savoury delicacies by Executive Chef Adriano Cavagnini and pastries by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Mungiovino. Served on floral-patterned porcelain by Ginori 1735, bites include Burrata di Andria, English asparagus, olive pesto and cream cheese millefoglie.
