Sangkar Restaurant
Bvlgari’s all-day restaurant, Sangkar—is located on the highest point of the cliff’s edge, allowing expansive Indian Ocean views from the captivating terrace. The indoor dining room, decorated in a refined Balinese style, features a collection of hanging sculptural Balinese rooster cages—from which the Restaurant takes its name—used as light pendants. A prodigious teak wood and copper nail artwork commissioned from local artist Made Wianta is the striking backdrop of the room together with a dramatic, rich vaulted wood ceiling.
Open all day, Sangkar offers elevated authentic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine with some international selections.
Lunch and dinner menus take diners on a culinary journey through Indonesia with dishes including a Balinese salad of pomelo, soft shell crab and green beans, poached local snapper with sweet and sour sauce, and Iga Sapi with rendang and eggplant balado.
At Sangkar, breakfast is available throughout the day, and features bountiful multi-course spreads influenced by several different cultures including Balinese, as well as a la carte options and decadent specialties such as a lobster omelette.
