It’s a classic Italian Easter at the Bvlgari Hotel Milano, where time-tested traditions come to life in brilliant new ways. It wouldn’t be Easter without a chocolate egg and Maître Chocolatier Gianluca Fusto’s Uovo Calla elevates the iconic sweet to new heights. Crafted from fine ingredients like almond, hazelnut, raspberry, and dried fruit, it cracks open to reveal a beautiful surprise.

The other signature Easter sweet is Chef Niko Romito’s Colomba cake, a light and airy pastry with aromas of citrus and honey, vanilla and almond praline.

The Uovo Calla is inspired by the fan-shaped motif of the Baths of Caracalla, which also serves as the inspiration for Bvlgari Divas’ Dream collection. Both desserts are packaged in gift boxes embossed with the motif.

 

Guests are invited to celebrate Easter Sunday in unparalleled elegance at Il Ristorante – Niko Romito's signature Easter Brunch. This exquisite experience elevates the classic meal, honoring traditional Italian Easter dishes. The festivities conclude with a delightful "egg smash" in the garden, where children are invited to discover treats within a chocolate egg. Both special desserts will be a highlight of the Brunch menu.
