Sushi Hōseki

With a name inspired by its Bvlgari legacy — hōseki is the Japanese word for jewel ― this traditional omakase experience is a temple devoted to the art of Japanese dining. With just 8 seats, it is an impeccably-designed space that looks out onto a tiny zen garden.
To complement the meal, 20 different sake labels are available.
